Why monthly only?
We kept pricing minimal: one personal plan, one family plan, monthly and cancel anytime. No yearly tricks, no confusing credit packs — pay for what you use and cancel next month if you want.
How do the 5 family seats work?
After subscribing you get an invite code under Avatar → Family group. Share it: your family signs up, enters the code and joins. Everyone keeps their own account and cloud space while enjoying all Artisan benefits. 5 seats = host + 4 members, under $3 each.
What happens when I cancel?
Your benefits stay active until the end of the current period, then you return to the free plan. Your pattern data is always yours — local data is untouched; cloud projects beyond the free quota are kept but paused until you resubscribe.
Is payment secure? Which methods?
Payments are handled by Creem (a global digital-goods merchant) with Visa/Mastercard/Apple Pay/Google Pay and more. We never touch your card details; VAT/sales tax in every country is remitted automatically by Creem.
Can I get a refund?
If you have not meaningfully used the subscription within 7 days, contact support for a full refund (email at the bottom of the support page).
